RAVEN Opening its doors in 1978, RAVEN is recognized nationally as a founding agency in the struggle to stop the continued cycle of violence in our communities. RAVEN is a not-for-profit organization. RAVEN recognizes that services for victims alone are not sufficient to reduce violence in our communities. Prevention and intervention with those at risk to commit violence is the only long-term solution. Family Justice Center/St. Louis Family Violence Council The Family Justice Center is a program is a program of the St. Louis Family Violence. It is a center made up of several social service organizations and governmental agencies committed to providing collaborative services for victims of domestic violence. The St. Louis Family Justice Center co-locates professionals and services under one roof to help victims of domestic violence and their children. At the Family Justice Center, you will find victim advocates, police officers, prosecutors, legal advocates, chaplains, counselors, civil legal attorneys, and support service professioals.
